About

We started nekuda by trying to build agents that could order pizza for us. It failed miserably — but it gave us the intuition for how much AI and agents will reshape commerce: new products and services, better discovery, automation at a new scale, and a meaningful lift to the internet economy.

It also made clear that today's infrastructure is lacking. Every layer merchants rely on — from their site to checkout — will need to evolve, and some of it rebuilt from scratch.

That's what we're building at nekuda: infrastructure that lets merchants participate in agentic commerce on their terms.

We build in the open and share what we're learning on Substack. Feedback welcome — [email protected].
